Davy’s affinity with animals led to winning the first professional chopsticks eating contest in 1965, an event that has taken on world-wide significance. He has turned his love of cellulose into the creation of a line of convenient foods made from freshly picked, organic jigsaw puzzle pieces. As a way of giving back to the community, Davy has recently created the International School of Insect Counting based in Moose Jaw and hopes to open schools across Canada. At present, he is trying to train his pet crocodile to do standup comedy. The crocodile’s penchant for attacking and eating hecklers is proving to be a rather difficult obstacle to success.
